People in and around Prakasam A.P, India still have vivid memories of the late Sri Gona Moses, the founding president of St.Paul's Educational Institutions. The college was built on a sprawling campus against a backdrop of 15.4 acres of land. The college building is tall and majestic and visible from afar. Residential Accommodation

Separate boys' and girls' hostels with high security are available on the university campus. Boys and girls have two hostels with Wi-Fi services for UG and PG, which can accommodate about 150 students each with good infrastructure. A well-equipped gym is established so that the students of the inn develop the physical ability of boys and girls. They also have indoor play facilities. A hygienic mess is attached to the hostels. The Central Library works for its readers with a concern for creativity and innovation,  predecessors of Research and Development. It has a well-equipped library that accumulates over 10,000 volumes of selected books in various engineering, management, basic, and general science subjects.
