The campus of St Stephen’s College has a variety of facilities for students. The college has a spacious library with a rich collection of books. Separate boys and girls hostels, gym, cafeteria, auditorium etc. are a few of the St. Stephen’s College facilities. The campus has facilities for sports such as football, cricket, badminton, squash etc. St Stephen’s College also has a medical centre for students.
St Stephen's College sports department offers a range of amenities, including a cardio studio, badminton hall, basketball court, eight cricket pitches within a 2-acre land, two tennis courts, a shooting range, a football field, a weight training gym, two squash courts, a table tennis area, and a swimming pool.
St Stephen's College ensures 24x7 medical services for resident Junior members. A nurse is available in the college dispensary on weekdays, supplemented by a doctor from St. Stephen’s Hospital on Tuesdays and Fridays. In emergencies outside these hours, the nurse can be contacted at her residence on campus. The dispensary is equipped with first aid provisions, medicines, nebulizers, stretchers, wheelchairs, and beds. Severe cases are referred to St. Stephen’s Hospital, ensuring comprehensive health care for all junior members

Covering an area of 993.10 sq. meters, the library boasts spacious reading rooms, stack areas, and multipurpose zones.
Architecturally, the structure draws inspiration from Moghul's design, showcasing aesthetic elements. Utilizing Troodon 5.5 software for computerized cataloging, the library facilitates access through an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), allowing users to browse through an extensive document collection. With a seating capacity of 222, the library serves a daily footfall of 200 to 300 visitors, witnessing around 200 OPAC logins per day.
St Stephen's College cafeteria offers high-quality and cost-effective food options, prioritizing the well-being and nutritional needs of all college members.
