The Placement Cell at St. Stephen’s College operates as a student-led initiative, continuously striving to uphold the institution's esteemed reputation and academic excellence. Comprising proficient and dedicated individuals, this student body serves as a think tank, aiming for excellence in various domains. Over the past academic year, the Placement Cell has achieved remarkable success.

St. Stephen’s College took the pioneering step of organizing an Internship Fair, setting a precedent within Delhi University. This fair provided a platform for both students and organizations to engage in mutually beneficial partnerships. The Internship Conclave aimed to attract companies interested in hiring Summer and Winter Interns. Noteworthy organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Standard Chartered, Nomura, JSW, CitiBank, Ernst & Young, and E&H Foundation have recruited Summer Interns from St.  Stephen’s College in the past.

The academic year 2020-21 exhibited highly promising outcomes, with an impressive average pay package of INR 8.8 Lacs per annum, underscoring the successful placements and lucrative opportunities secured by students.
