JIM is forming responsible leaders by incorporating and teaching contemporary management practices to the students. Not only this year but consistently placed student numbers stood higher in all years since its inception. The Highest CTC offered is 12 LPA from the Federal Bank and the average CTC is 4.5 LPA during the placement season of 2021. Despite a pandemic outbreak in the year 2020, JIM received 102 offers out of 117 eligible students.
