The placement process at SMCET begins with companies submitting the enclosed Response Form to the institute or contacting the Director directly to communicate their placement requirements. Once received, the placement schedule is mutually agreed upon.

Interested students submit their CVs to the Placement Cell, which then forwards them to the respective companies upon request. Prior to the selection process, companies are encouraged to conduct a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) to familiarize students with their organization and understand their expectations.

Following the selection process, final job offers and appointment letters are routed through the Director of SMCET to ensure transparency and accountability in the placement process.
