Placement

The Corporate Relations Department is involved in the training and placement of the students. The activities of the Corporate Relations Department mainly aim at improving the students’ employability looking forward to every individual’s career building in total.

Pre – Placement Training

Pre-placement training involves improving the students’ skills in Aptitude tests, English communication, Group discussion, and Personal interviews.

1. English communication skills.
2. Some of the experts from various industries are called for soft skills training.
3. Experts are invited to deliver seminars on higher studies and career guidance for students.

Activities taken for placement improvement:

1. Involvement of industrial experts in college activities such as seminars and competitions as experts.
2. Pre-placement training of students by arranging training courses from Professional Institutes.
3. To promote effective Institute-Industry Interaction the college organizes a student Symposium and Exposition every year.
4. A strong emphasis is given to long-term relationships with the companies by the institution.

Campus Placement

There is a steady increase in the number of students placed on the campus year by year. In the recruitment drive conducted by the Corporate Relations Department, many companies have newly joined. The average salary earned by the students has also increased. This center also conducts programmers for the all-round development of students in the areas of career planning, personality development, entrepreneurship development, etc.
