SCE Computer labs are fully equipped with systems and the latest software with an environment to implement and experiment with knowledge acquired in the classroom. All the systems have internet facilities.

The SCE digital lab has 25 Micro-processor 8085 kits and 25 Digital logic circuit kits for the students to understand the subjects practically.

Hostels

There are separate SCE hostels for boys and girls which are well furnished, well ventilated, with all modern amenities. Nominal fees are collected in the hostel as rent and the mess fee is based on the dividing system. Hostels in academic institutions are the epicenter of the dynamics of campus life. Spread over a vast area and surrounded by green cover, encompassing gardens, inside and outside lawns, Trichy Engineering College Hostel, for over a half-century has been providing fuel and force to the life and motion of the College’s liberal democratic academic culture. Trichy Engineering College Hostel, with its architectural grandeur and aesthetics, has been an abode to many luminaries in the wonderful kaleidoscope that the time-space spectrum is.

Mess

The college is equipped with a fully functional mess to serve hygienically prepared food to the staff and students. It is run by the Management under the guidance of the Principal and Mess Manager. Separate wings for both boys and girls have been provided, which can accommodate a strength of 500 each. Vegetarian as well as Non-vegetarian food is served in the hostel. Mess charges are collected on an annual basis at the time of admission. Parents and guests are allowed to consume food without paying for them.

Sports & Games

The students of the EEE department brought laurels and won the events in sports (Outdoor and Indoor) conducted by the college. The staff and para-teaching staff supported and encouraged the students at every level of their interest.
