Sri Venkateswara Degree & PG College, Anantapur Training & Placement Cell (TPC) at our institution is dedicated to addressing the placement and training requirements of our students. It focuses not only on refining the employability skills of graduating students but also on fostering their overall personality development. The TPC facilitates both on-campus and off-campus recruitment processes, along with conducting pre-placement training programs covering Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Group Discussions, Interviews, and Presentation Skills. Collaborating with the English Faculty and Core Departments, the center ensures comprehensive skill development. Regular sessions of Mock Interviews and Group Discussions are organized to prepare final and pre-final year students for the challenges of the competitive job market. Following placement events, the TPC diligently evaluates the performance of our students through objective-based appraisals, helping us identify their strengths and weaknesses. This feedback-driven approach guides us in formulating targeted strategies for improvement. Additionally, rigorous support measures are implemented to assist students who may have faced rejection during the recruitment process.
