Swamy Vivekanadha College of Pharmacy was established in the Year 1992 by Angammal Educational Trust under the Chairmanship of Prof. Dr. M. Karunanithi, B.Pharm., M.S., Ph.D., D.Litt. The College offers Diploma, Degree, Post Graduate and Doctoral level programmes in Pharmacy. The college has well equipped laboratories, central instrumentation laboratory and full air conditioned computer laboratory with an internet facility. The college library has stacked with wide range of books, periodicals and journals. All our laboratories are well equipped with modern instruments and we have a modernized animal house which is approved by CPCSEA for carrying out animal experiments and projects. Our medicinal gardens possess a meritorious collection of endogenous medicinal plants. We have tie-up with Vivekanandha Medical Care Hospital, Tiruchengode for Hospital training and established Drug and poison information centre for imparting hospital training to the students. The Library has developed an excellent collection of books like Pharmaceutics, Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, Pharmaceutical and Medicinal chemistry, Pharmacognosy and Biotechnology and also journals. It maintains separate collections of Reference Books, Pharmacopeias, Bound volumes of journals, Theses, Video Cassettes, Compact Discs and Microforms. The library is using OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), wherein the users can search the Library Online Catalogue by Author's name, title, subject, and keywords available on the campus LAN.

Auditorium:

Spacious and Grand having a seating capacity of 5000 students.In our college we have a large size auditorium with the measurement of 86.7m*34.27m(l*b). This auditorium has a very broad stage, So that we can conduct programme comfortably and visible to all audience.

Transports:

The management operating a fleet of Buses, Vans, Numbering more than 200 for easy mobility of the students from different parts of the districts of 9 which includes Namakkal, Erode, Salem, Dharmapuri, Trichy, Karur, Dindigul, and Tirupur Districts.

Medical Facilities:
