The first Year boys Hostel is presently located at the Kohinoor Boys Hostel which is 2 km away from the Institute's campus and can accommodate up to 187 students.

The InstInstitute has three well-equipped moderated single station Gymnasium Halls both for boys and girls in different hostels. In the boy's hostel, a wide range of equipment like Bench Press, Butterfly, Cable Cross Over, Preacher, Leg press AB Crunch, Dumbbells, and Rubber Plates have been provided for their physical fitness. The Girl's hostel is also equipped with modern exercise tools like a motorized Treadmill, AB King Pro, Exercise Bike Stepper & Twister, Gym Ball, And a vibrator. Apart from the above facilities, yoga classes are regularly organized in the Institute by Art of Living and other Spiritual foundations.

The institute provides excellent sports and games facilities for its students. Apart from organizing regular sports meets the Institute encourages students to participate in different sports events. Synergy Institute of Engineering & Technology gives equal priority to Games & Sports activities by Academics in the institution. Which creates a healthy & Sound mind among the students. By involving as many as students in those activities the Institution is trying to build up high moral & sportive human beings.

Synergy has its cafeteria inside the Campus to cater to the student's delight with a variety of quality food and soft drinks at an economical price around the clock. In addition to this, A market complex near the campus is available where the students can get all the necessary commodities at their doorstep.

The institute has 5 (Five) buses each with 52 seating capacity. Interested student of the institute is provided transport from specified points of Dhenkanal town to campus and back. One bus plies from Cuttack to Dhenkanal. Staff and students from outside Dhenkanal avail the transport facility. The timings and other operational details of the transport are notified on the Institute Notice Board. Entry into the bus is based on the production of the I-Card.

90% of the seats will be filled by Odisha JEE from JEE Main 2016 rank holders 10% of the NRI Vacant Seats will be filled by Institute through Odisha JEE from JEE Main 2016 Rank holders
