TIPS SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT was established in 2018. As per the aspiring minds report on the study on the employability of today’s graduates, there exists a huge gap between the abilities of today’s graduates and the expectation of the industry. The report claims that most graduates today cannot be deployed in the industry without extensive training. We have added a significant aspect to the curriculum delivery that will emphasize industry learning and exposure through various activities such as Guest Lectures/Sessions by senior people employed in the industry, immersion projects, and internships. As part of the two-year program, students will have the opportunity to intern during their summer vacation (1-month internship) and once during their entire 4th semester (6-month internship).

Infrastructure and Facilities

Open Amphitheatre:

The open-air amphitheater is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and is used for entertainment, performances, inter-collegiate fests, and annual day events. Equipped with full sound and lighting, this facility is also available to students for watching films during scheduled times.

Multi-Sport Facility with Gym:

The sports grounds are situated in close proximity to the hostel blocks to encourage students to stay fit by regularly playing their game of choice or by taking a simple refreshing run. The basketball courts are provided with floodlights to enable students to play late in the evenings. The campus also includes a Gym with a variety of cardio and weight training equipment and an exercise area.

3-Star Residential Accommodation:

Accommodation is available for students who wish to stay on campus during their course of study. Students can choose individual or shared rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, well furnished, and come with attached baths. The separate facilities for boys and girls, caring residential managers, tight security, and 24-hour power backup ensure a pleasant stay, allowing students to focus on their academics without compromising their social life.

Multi-Cuisine Food:

Located very close to the hostel blocks, the on-campus kitchen and dining facility provide multi-cuisine food choices to our students. To promote healthy eating habits, our culinary team takes great care to provide balanced options in our dining facility.

Medical Support:

A team of qualified doctors is also available on call to provide regular medical care to our students. In case of emergency, the student is immediately transported to a hospital. TIPSSOA has tied with up reputed with hospitals that are in close proximity to the campus.
