The College of Computing Sciences & IT came into existence in the year 2014 (formerly known as the Department of Computer Applications, established in the year 2001). The college was established by the university to provide relevant, essential, and upgraded education to young aspirants in the field of computer science and engineering. The college is geared up to meet the continuously increasing demand for skilled manpower in the domain of Computer Science and Engineering because of the rapid technological advancements around the globe and major initiatives like ‘Digital India’ taken by the Government of India.

The College hostel rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained with attached bathrooms. The rooms are available on a single occupancy basis as well as on a sharing basis. To help the young minds focus on their studies, each room is furnished with beds, wardrobes, study tables, chairs, and an air cooler. Solar heaters have been installed in all the hostels to supply hot water-conserving electricity. Water purifiers and water coolers are installed to provide potable water. Round-the-clock power backup helps students to study without interruption.

The College Students, faculty, and staff have access to healthcare facilities available at the 900-bed multi-super-specialty hospital attached to the Medical College. It is equipped with the latest technological infrastructure, providing diagnostic, curative, and preventive services with advanced management systems. The hospital provides a clock blood bank facility and 24-hour ambulance service for patients in the hospital. The critical care ambulance is always ready to shift patients to hospitals in Delhi and other places in case of an emergency.

The College's state-of-the-art, centrally air-conditioned auditorium with a capacity of 550 seats and ultra-modern acoustics and digital projection has been developed to host international, national, inter- & intra-college events like seminars, conferences, debates, theatres, exhibitions, and cultural programs.

The College Central Library is fully automated with KOHA open-source library management software, which connects all computers of the library and the different departments, colleges, and faculty of the University. Books are issued through bar-coded membership cards to the students and faculty members of the University from the circulation section. The books and other reading materials are issued to the students for reading room study from the issue counter. The Catalogue of the Central Library is available on the internet/intranet for search. The CCTV cameras are installed to ensure the safety of the Library materials. The Central Library is also equipped with a Fire Alarm Control Panel and manually operated fire extinguishers. Approx 100 students, teachers, and other members visit the Library almost every day. A register is maintained in the library, and the visitor has to show his valid identity card at the entrance.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for students.

College Sports and fitness is an integral part of the University which provides a network of facilities, inducing opportunities for sports participation at all levels and providing a chance for its students to take part in a wide range of sports pursuits. Services of the students of the University are sought for various inter-school, district, state, and national level tournaments as officials and referees in Volleyball, Tennis, Cricket, and Martial Arts. State-of-the-art sports facilities are available in the University to ensure the all-around development of the students.

12 labs with 636 computers and peripherals, including Cisco Networking Lab, Linux Lab, Advanced Database Lab, Dot Net Lab, Android Lab, JAVA Lab, IBM Cloud Software Lab for Emerging Technologies and other Programming Languages Labs, and Internet Lab.

02 English Communication Labs well equipped with 120 computers and supported with the latest software for improving the voice and accent of students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. Besides central Mess facilities, each college of the University has a spacious and well-maintained canteen, as well as Talk-of-the-Town and VIP Pizza Restaurant, providing the students with the choicest of hygienic and delicious Indian, Chinese & Italian dishes. The College has arranged a pick-and-drop transportation facility for students within a radius of about 100 km adjoining the city of Moradabad. It presently maintains a convoy of 70 vehicles, including 35 buses, 19 cars, 4 ambulances, including one critical care ambulance, 4 small trucks for carriage, 2 tractors with 3 trolleys, and 2 tankers for agriculture and plantation purposes on the campus.
