Established in 1995, the Training and Placement Cell was founded to equip our students with the skills necessary to thrive in the competitive real world. Playing a pivotal role, the Training and Placement Cell is dedicated to identifying suitable job opportunities for students and fostering partnerships with industries and professional organizations for mutually beneficial collaborations.

Operating throughout the year, the Cell effectively liaises with major organizations, providing training, coordinating live projects, and extending placement assistance to students. It fosters an active engagement with the industry by hosting guest lectures, and seminars, and inviting international trainers to enhance students' soft skills. Additionally, the Cell conducts personality development sessions, career development programs, and interview technique workshops to better prepare students for campus recruitment drives.

Industrial Training

We are committed to bridging the skills gap by providing specialized training opportunities for our students in reputed industries. Industrial training programs are meticulously planned and conducted during semester breaks, primarily targeting third-year engineering students. However, opportunities are also extended to other interested students.

Internship Opportunities

The Training and Placement Cell facilitates internships, including U.G. projects for BE students, typically spanning one month. Renowned companies such as BARC, MTNL, Central Railway, Doordarshan, Siemens, and L&T, among others, regularly recruit from our institution. We aim to ensure that each student secures a minimum of two internships, significantly enhancing their employability and prospects for placement.
