The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the only recognized professional body in India to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India. It is a premier national professional body set up under an act of Parliament, the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. ICSI functions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The Institute provides top-quality education to Company Secretaries (CS) Course students and best quality set standards to CS Members. There are more than 65,000 members and around 2.5 Lakh students on the roll of ICSI.ICSI has its headquarters in New Delhi, four Regional Offices in New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai, and 72 Chapters across India.ICSI has been contributing to the initiatives of the Government of India that have the potential to excel in the social-economic growth of India.

Courses Offered are a certificate in Cyber Security, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Foreign Exchange, Goods and Services Tax, Diploma in Arbitration, Corporate Ethics, Governance and Social Responsibility, Intellectual Property Rights, and Advance Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility.

ICSI New Delhi Facilities and Infrastructure:

ICSI is equipped with state of the art training and research-related facilities, a pleasant environment, and world-class physical infrastructure facilities and is ideally located. It is in the heart of New Delhi, the city of 21 century, surrounded by a rich, natural landscape and flanked by some of the ultra-modern architectural edifices.  The centre is away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, yet close enough to the city. The facilities include an auditorium of 180 persons capacity equipped with pleasant décor, the latest audio-visual, acoustics, lighting, and public address system, two well-furnished computer rooms/labs, two conference halls each with a capacity of 50 persons, equipped with the latest facilities such as TC, VCR Projector, Audio Visual Decks, Public Address System, classroom/lecture halls of variable sizes equipped with elegant furniture and other training-related equipment.

The centre accommodates indoor and outdoor recreation facilities, two well-equipped dining halls, and a roof garden-cum-cafeteria for the recreational convenience of the inmates.

The Residential Wing accommodates participants and guests in 22 self-contained hostel rooms (twin sharing) with attached bathrooms and equipped with a telephone facility.  All facilities are comfortably air-conditioned with pleasant interiors providing a conducive environment for learning and research.   A Library with computers, furnished with audiovisuals and an internet facility housing over 3000 books, current periodicals, and reference literature is also in place.

Placements are conducted for executive and professional pass candidates for internships and jobs. the student usually gets his internship by himself as there are lots of vacancies nowadays. The highest package for a trainee could be 350000 and for a fresher 1500000.
