Thiagarajar School Of Management has over 175 client desk computers: HCL infinity L A380, Intel H61, Intel Core I5, IC15, 2400,3.10G, 4GB DDR RAM, 500 GB SATA HDD, and an additional 20 laptop clients with specifications as follows: Sony VAIO E14A16FN/S/H Intel Core i7 /4GB/750 GB/14 Screen/DVDRW.WIFI NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE: The TSM WIFI community is a Controller-based, rapid, and fairly secured community with 108 access Points that are distributed across the Main Building, Hostels, and Faculty Guest Houses. The Controller has the features of Bandwidth Management, Seamless Roaming, User authentication, Rogue AP Management, and Device Authentication.

COMPUTER CENTRE:

At TSM, the IT infrastructure includes a couple of degree architecture, with private computer systems and workstations comprising the bottom layer. File and Database servers make up the second layer, with internet and e-mail servers, and other high-end servers and computers necessary for executing demanding tasks necessitating high resources, being the third. 

NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE:

As critical infrastructure, TSM has deployed a high-speed and highly reliable internet facility at its campus. The TSM Backbone network is 165 Mbps (1:1) OFC Leased Line spread across the TSM campus; it is connected with LAN and WIFI Network to ensure 24/7 Internet access with minimal downtime.

MBA and PGDM offers the following specializations: Marketing, Finance, Operation, Human Resources and System. In MBA, 60 seats are filled through Direct Admission and 60 seats are filled through TANCET Counselling.

Thiagarajar School of Management MBA &PGDM Eligibility:

1. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

2. Final year candidates are also eligible.

Thiagarajar School of Management MBA & PGDM Selection Criteria:

1. Firstly, the school shortlists candidates on the basis of CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT score, Past Academic Record (X, XII and Graduation), and Work Experience (if any).

2. The shortlisted candidates are called for Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Written Ability Test (GD-PI-WAT).

3. At the time of PI, candidates are examined on the basis of written, verbal and analytical abilities.

4. For GD-PI, candidates have to pay an amount of INR 900/-.

5. Thus, the final selection collectively depends upon entrance exam score, academic record, work experience, sports and extra-curricular activities, GD-PI-WAT process.
