T. N. Rao College was established in 1998. And from more than 20 years we are providing our best to convert our students into progressive, responsible, and self-reliant individuals who can serve their purpose in the best possible way for the society and world.

To achieve our goal in the best possible way, we aim to provide students with maximum exposure. There are self-learning computer labs in college, one with 120 computers and another with 60 with a server and a thorough LAN facility connected to the center Internet(30 Mbps). There is enough space and resources available for group projects and research works. All Computers are loaded with all the necessary software and frameworks which are in the syllabus according to the University Moreover, qualified staff are available to help the students in all their work whether it may be in or out of the syllabus. Physics is the study of matter, energy, and the interaction between them. But with physics, it is very important to make basics clear and that is only possible with continuous experimentation and observation.

Our laboratory is fully furnished with all necessary and relevant instruments that help students to learn and to understand various concepts of physics. We have a well-equipped laboratory with 2 different sections for the practice of physical/electronics and optics/spectroscopy

Chemistry is the branch of science that deals with the study of chemical composition, the structure of compounds/matter, chemical reaction mechanisms & relative properties. To give students hands-on experience we have a well-established laboratory with a capacity of 75 students.

We have all the necessary equipment that can help students with Organic, Inorganic, Physicochemical, Volumetric, and Physical Analysis.

Microbiology has emerged as the key biological science fetching a wide range of career opportunities. We have a microbiology laboratory with a modern lab design, well equipped and spacious, accommodating 60 students.

The lab is furnished with all the required instruments to perform microbiology practicals.

There are 2 upgraded computer labs in the college. One with 120 computers and another with 60 with a centralized server and a thorough LAN facility connected to high-speed internet.

There is enough space and resources available for group projects and research works. All computers are loaded with all the necessary software and frameworks.

The college has a vast sports complex with all the modern amenities like a Table tennis table, basketball court, etc.

The college provides medical facilities for basic first aid or for minor illnesses (which don’t need a physician's help). All students, teaching, and non-teaching staff can avail of the facility within the campus.

The college has a spacious canteen on the premises with a hygienic environment. The food served here is excellent in quality and also economical and reasonable in price.

Admission

Admission to the college is based on merit as per intake capacity in a course. A candidate has to be in the cut-off if the students' marks fall inside or above the cut off then he/she is eligible to take admitted into the college. There is no entrance exam.

Candidates have to register themselves with the required documents like HS Marksheet, Passport size photo, etc.

After filling up the admission form the candidates have to pay the fees via online mode of payment like a Debit Card, Internet Banking, etc.

After completing the registration form, the candidates are suggested to take a printout of the application form which may be used for future reference.

After counseling was done and all the inquiries are handled by maintaining the criteria the student will take admitted into their respective courses.

Manual Verification of the documents will be done at the allotment of the college.

The student will get their Documents of Identification (College Identity Card) on Orientation day if any student is not present on Orientation day they may collect their cards from the Admin Office on the Campus.
