Admissions at Trichy Engineering College generally take place through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling for B.E. courses, and through TANCET score for M.E. courses. The details are as follows:

Candidates for the B.E. courses across all specialisations must go through TNEA counselling conducted every year by Anna University for admission process.
