The college was established in the year 2008 and is furnished with highly sophisticated state-of-the-art laboratories, fully ventilated classrooms, a hygienic canteen, and indoor and outdoor playgrounds to make the students fulfil their intellectual pursuits and equip themselves with all-round development.
UNIVERSAL College Of Engineering & Technology (UCET) is affiliated with JNTU Kakinada and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Its campus is tucked in a serene lush green and tranquil ambience at Dokiparru, Medikondur (Md), Guntur (Dist). It is located a few kilometres from Perecharla towards Narasaraopet on the Guntur Kurnool highway. The campus spans 15.47 acres of picturesque landscape and its an ideal and congenial place for academic excellence.

Universal College of Engineering & Technology, Guntur of courses are offered at various levels like Diploma Degree (i.e Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, etc.), Undergraduate Degree (i.e B.Tech, etc.), Postgraduate Degree (i.e MBA & M.Tech., etc.) and many more. Residential Accommodation
Separate boys and girls' hostels with high security are available on the university campus. Boys and girls have two hostels with WiFi services for UG and PG, which can accommodate around 150 students each with good infrastructure. A well-equipped gymnasium is set up for the students of the hostel to develop the physical abilities of boys and girls. They also have indoor play facilities.
The Library
The treasury of books and periodicals is the centre of intellectual activity in any institution. The Central Library works for its readers with a concern for creativity and innovation, predecessors of Research and Development. It has a well-equipped library that accumulates over 10,000 volumes of selected books in various engineering, management, and basic and general science subjects.
Canteen
Provides good quality fresh snacks, cold drinks, coffee, tea and other food items hygienically and healthily that fits in the student's pocket. It is speckless and maintained very well.
Sport
Physical education is strongly aimed at improving the physical and mental health of the individual player. This results in the development of dynamic personalities. Sports activities and achievements have helped many people get better job opportunities. The clean area with the natural gift of fresh air is an inspiring resource, which motivates the player to perform better. Sports carry the same weight as academics. All sports activities are encouraged by making all facilities available when students participate in intercollegiate, intra-college, and other tournaments.
