UCER Admission

At the undergraduate level, the college offers four-year degree courses in the field of Engineering leading to a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree. The college also offers M.Tech and MBA degree programs at the postgraduate level.

1. Admissions are carried out mainly by U.P. Technical University, Lucknow, through its State Entrance Examination (UPTU - UPSEE).
2. Admission to the B.Tech program is mainly done based on merit in the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) conducted by Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, or JEE Main conducted by CBSE.
3. Admission to M.Tech is done based on marks scored in the General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
4. Admission to the MBA course is done through UPSEE. However, CAT/MAT/GMAT qualified candidates will be given preference.

UCER B.E Admission 

The college offers B.E. in 4 specializations. Candidates who have passed the higher secondary examination and appeared for TNEA are eligible for admission to this course.

TNEA is Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions conducted by Anna University in various Engineering institutes in the state Candidates have to register themselves for TNEA through its official website. They will be called for counseling based on their merit in the qualifying examination of 10+2 and henceforth will be selected for admission in a particular course.

Key points:

1. Candidates must have Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects in 10+2.
2. The percentage in 10+2 holds major importance as the rank list prepared for admission in various colleges will be based on it.
3. The college also uses Tamil as a medium of instruction for one specialization of the B.E program.

UCER Application Process

• The process of application is offline for the B.E course.
• Candidates can visit the college campus in person for admission.
• Once the candidates apply for TNEA, the selection will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. A cut-off list will be generated by TNEA and the candidates can apply for admission to this college based on it.
