University College of Engineering, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram is a premier engineering college run by the management of the University of Kerala. The institute was established in the year 2000. This growing collection is one of the largest among the recognized technical institutions in the country's capital. Our library is computerized in cleaning operations. It is the first automated library among the Engineering College of Kerala's various libraries. Our library is well stocked with a large number of books from various fields of engineering and related disciplines. The library has separate lending and reference departments with a wide range of titles across all disciplines. All students and employees of this college have access to the library every working day during working hours. The magazine section subscribes to the most important specialist magazines. The Library contributes to our institution's mission by selecting, acquiring, organizing, preserving, and making available a collection of printed and non-printed primary and secondary materials that support the teaching, research, and public service programs of students and departments.

There is a central computing unit on campus. Students can use the internet resources and IT infrastructure of this center. Another central IT facility is attached to the campus library. Students can use the IT infrastructure of this center to deepen their knowledge.

There are three canteens that offer students quality food at a symbolic price. These canteens are often inspected by a team from the college to ensure that health guidelines are being strictly followed.
