Infrastructure and Facilities

A large percentage of students from all regions of India live in hostels that are on campus and have a mess. We have created separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostel has a single room and double room, as well as three bedrooms and four bedrooms. Each room is fitted with a mattress, bed/bed, desk, chairs, and cabinet. There are lawns that are big and spacious within the campus of the hostel for students to play various games, stroll, or just relax.

There is a canteen facility on the campus with a proper sitting arrangement. Good quality snacks and eatables are served in neat and clean surroundings. The canteen serves tea/snacks/lunch to the students. The idea is to take care of their snacks/food requirements within the campus.

The University offers transportation for its students at low costs through its own owned and luxurious buses. The buses run on different routes within the city and pick up and drop students off in diverse regions. Students are not faced with the hassle of having to travel to campus by public transportation. This helps instill the importance of punctuality in the students. There are separate buses operating for the teachers.
College buses pick up and drop off day scholars from a specified location in Dehradun city and en route, The College runs a number of buses for providing transport facilities to students from various places in the city. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students. on payment of a nominal fee.

Admission

100% admissions to the B.Tech Programme would be made on the basis of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Admission to 85% of the total seats (50% Uttarakhand and 35% All India) would be made through State level counseling to be conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Counseling is done on merit based on ranks obtained by the candidate in Joint Entrance Examination. Reservation policy would be applicable as per the State Govt norms. 15% of Management admissions are done directly by the Institute based on the merit of JEE. For management category admissions, candidates need to register in the Institute.
