The Varanasi College of Pharmacy was established in 2008, and is the only premiere private technical institution offering B. Pharm, D.Pharm is at present affiliated to Dr.APJ Andul KalamTechnical University, Lucknow/ Board of Technical Education, Lucknow, and approved by A.I.C.T.E., New Delhi and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. Varanasi College of Pharmacy conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The seats left unfiled are filled directly by the Institute based on merit while adhering to the eligibility criteria.

Candidates/Applicants should possess a minimum second class (50%) in 12th standard (H.S.S.C.) with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics. Admission will be based on merit. Some seats are reserved as per the reservation policy of the government.
