The vardhman mahaveer open university placement cell, also known as the training and placement cell (T&P cell), describes the characteristics and activities that help to strengthen the relationship between the academia and industry. The cell provides career counselling through the organisation of visitor lectures, seminars, and personal visits. It is making great efforts to enhance the communication and soft skills of its students.
