Venkateswara Nursing College was established by the Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS) Education & charitable trust – in 2006. The pc lab has Pentium IV record servers and structures with multimedia facilities. A broadband internet connection is available. The lab is fully air-conditioned and run by competent and qualified faculty.

Educational Visit & Tours:

Observational visits to various organizations are arranged regularly in the year as prescribed by The TN Dr. MGR Medical University. A yearly tour is planned end of every academic year for the students with their faculty.

Food & Accommodation:

The university has its very own separate hostel for boys and women on the campus and additional provision for separate eating for them.

Sports & Games:

“A sound mind in a sound body”. Keeping this in mind, the management has set apart a huge playground within the campus for the students to have adequate participation in sports and games. A well-qualified Physical director is also available to train the students in sports and games.

Admission

Candidates should have passed +2 or any other equivalent examinations and should have taken science subjects. For my master's degree Passed the qualification of B.Sc.Nursing Degree of this University or some other University frequently as equal thereto.
