Admission Instructions

To ensure a smooth admission process, candidates are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Upon verification, original documents such as the mark sheet of the qualifying examination and matriculation exam certificate will be promptly returned to the candidates.

2. The university will retain attested photocopies of these documents for record-keeping purposes.

3. Selected candidates for admission are required to settle the requisite charges at the time of admission. 

4. Payment of fees can be made via demand draft (made payable to Venus College of Engineering-VCE), net banking, or cash.

5. When submitting a demand draft, candidates must ensure to inscribe their name, admission form number, and the name of the course applied for on the reverse side.

It is recommended that candidates retain a photocopy of the demand draft for their records.
