Vikas Night College of Arts Science and Commerce is located centrally in the Vikhroli suburb of Mumbai in Maharashtra. The college was started with high aspirations in 1986 providing courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce. It functions from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. inside the nighttime and has a campus location of virtually 64000 sq ft. The founder trustees of the college are the Late Dr. Datta Samant, the Late Dr. WS Matkar, and Shri PM Raut. The college has been established by the Vidya Vikas Education Society to provide education to the less privileged sections of society.

It has a right governing frame that looks after the right code of behavior being accompanied with the aid of using the college, rules, and regulations followed, ethical practices being followed, and practices being followed that are for the benefit of the students.
