• M.Tech in CSE: At least 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in CSE or Information Technology.

• M.Tech in VLSI&ES: At least 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in ECE/ Applied Electronics/Applied Electronics &Instrumentation//Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Bio-Medical / Electronics/ Bio Medical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• M.Tech in IEM: At least 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in any Engineering Discipline.

• For SEBC (OBC) students, a minimum of 54% aggregate marks in the Engineering Degree examination is mandatory. For SC/ST candidates, a pass in the above-mentioned degrees is sufficient.

• Candidates, who have passed the AMIE / AMIETE Examinations and satisfy the following conditions, are eligible for admission. They must have a valid GATE score. A minimum of 55% marks for section B in the AMIE/AMIETE examination.

• Candidates who have degrees awarded from Universities other than APJ Kerala Technological University shall submit an Eligibility Certificate from APJ Kerala Technological University as well as a Migration Certificate at the time of admission.

• Candidates who have appeared for the final examination can also apply, provided he/she has passed all the subjects up to and including the 6th-semester exam. Such candidates shall submit self-attested copies of all mark lists up to the 6th semester along with the application. Admission of such candidates shall be subject to the production of a qualifying degree satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria stipulated for each course. GATE scholarship is available for candidates with valid GATE scores.
