Yashwantrao Chavan Law College, Pune, Maharashtra was established in the year 1978. Earlier known as BMS Parishad’s Law College, the college changed its name to Yashwantrao Chavan Law College in the year 1987, in memory of our country’s great visionary leader, the Late Shri Yashwantrao Chavan. The college provides a variety of UG, PG, and Diploma courses in Legal studies.

Scholarships

The college provides merit-based scholarships on the basis of the student’s performance in the College tests, and Pune University Examination.

Students belonging to backward castes (SC/ST) will be given fee concessions as per the Government’s recommendation. To avail of this scholarship opportunity, the students should have regular attendance.

Financial aid will be given to the poor and deserving students from the Student’s aid fund. The students need to apply for aid within the notified period.
