Situated in Mangalore, Karnataka, Yenepoya Medical College (YMC) is a constituent college of the esteemed Yenepoya University. It was founded by the Yenepoya group in 1999. The college is associated with Yenepoya University Mangalore and is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Numerous medical courses at various educational levels are available at Yenepoya Medical College. A variety of medical specialties are covered in the MBBS (UG) and MD/MS (PG) courses that are now being provided. In addition, it provides certificate and post-diploma programs in medical sciences, as well as B.Sc. degrees in nine medical areas. Every year, up to 150 candidates are accepted into the MBBS program.
Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore offers MBBS degree program at the undergraduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the course is a pass in 10+2/ equivalent exam in science stream. Candidates are further required to have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together.
Selection of candidates is done on the basis of their NEET score. Candidates applying for the MBBS program must register through KEA website after qualifying NEET (UG). Only those candidates who have qualified NEET are eligible to apply for KEA counselling for UG medical.

Applying an appearing in NEET (UG) is mandatory for admission to the MBBS program. KEA doesn’t recognize any other entrance exam for MBBS admissions.
In sixteen medical specialties, Yenepoya Medical College in Mangalore offers M.D. (Master in Medicine) and M.S. (Master in Surgery) programs. It also provides an ultra-specialty Urology M.Ch. program. The prerequisite for enrollment in these programmes is an MBBS from an accredited college or institution.
In order to graduate, candidates must receive at least 50 percentile marks. Using KEA counseling, candidates are chosen based on their PGET score. Prospective candidates are welcome to apply, show up for the KEA-conducted PGET, and attend the appropriate counseling.
Both the application process and the payment of the fee are done online. Upon acceptance, candidates must sign a bond or submit an affidavit committing them to work as medical officers or physicians in medically underserved communities for two years after graduation.

A variety of three-year B.Sc. programs in medical (technical) fields are available at Yenepoya Medical College. The prerequisite for enrollment in these courses is a passing grade in high school or any comparable 10+2 exam in science with a minimum cumulative GPA of 45% in PCMB. The institute administers entrance exams, in-person interviews, or both to choose students for the B.Sc. program.
Applicants may submit an application at the institute level in order to be considered for admission to the B.Sc. programs. In this instance, the application form can be completed online or picked up at the institute's campus by paying the required application cost with a debit card. Online applicants can use net banking or a credit/debit card to pay the application cost.

A PG doctoral fellowship program in psychiatric rehabilitation, two PG diploma courses in bioethics & medical ethics and clinical ethics, five certificate courses, two fellowship courses in Surgical Oncology and Nephrology, a Bachelor in Hospital Administration course, a Master degree in Hospital Administration, and a Master program in Public Health are all offered by Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore.
A passing grade on the tenth standard exam serves as the primary qualifying requirement for enrollment in certificate programs. Applicants to the BHA program must receive 45% of the possible points on the 10+2 level exam. Candidates for MPH, MHA, and PG Diploma programs must hold a bachelor's degree in an associated or relevant field.
Candidates for the Fellowship program must be Masters degree holders in the relevant medical field. Candidates for postgraduate doctorate fellowships must have finished a fellowship program in the pertinent field. The institute-level admission exam, in-person interview, or both are used to make the selection.
