CBSE 10th Result 2025 Expected by May 20: Steps to Check and Download Scorecard

CBSE Class 10 Board Exam Result 2025 date is near If you are among those students waiting for the results, here is an overview of what to do and how to find the result, and where you can download your digital marksheet.

Looking at the previous years, CBSE Class 10 result is most likely to be declared on or after May 20, 2025. In 2024 it was released on May 13, while in 2023 it was released on May 12. So this year too, a declaration in late May is the safest bet.

Once the CBSE Class 10 results are declared, they can be accessed through the following mediums:

2. cbse.gov.in

Apart from this, you can also use DigiLocker or Umang app to download your digital marksheet and certificate.

HOW TO CHECK CBSE 10TH RESULT ONLINE

1. Visit results.cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in
2. Click on the link for 'CBSE Class 10 Scorecard 2025.'
3. Enter your application number and date of birth
4. Download the PDF copy of your marksheet
5. Students must take printout of it and save it for future use 

To pass the CBSE Class 10 exam, students must score at least 33% marks in each subject. If a student falls short by just 1 mark, CBSE can give him grace marks.

DIGILOCKER: FOR MARKSHEET AND CERTIFICATES

Every student will get login details in DigiLocker, where the digital marksheet will be uploaded on the result day itself. However, the pass certificate will be available after a few days.

1. Log into your DigiLocker account
2. Head to 'Issued Documents'
3. students must find and download their CBSE 10th marksheet and certificate

WHAT DETAILS WILL BE ON THE RESULT?

1. Name, Roll Number, Date of Birth
2. Mother's and Father's names
3. Subject-wise marks (theory + practical)
4. Total marks and final result (Pass/Not Pass)

CBSE has also released the revised syllabus for 2025-26. From next year, Class 10 students will be able to appear for two board exams, one in February and one in April.

The move is aimed at giving students more flexibility.
