IIM 2025 Shortlist & Cut Offs: Complete Admission Status for All IIMs

IIM Shortlist 2025 

The candidates shortlist for PGP/MBA admission 2025 at all 21 Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) campuses has begun. IIM Lucknow and IIM Calcutta PI shortlist 2025 have been released, and candidates can apply through login. IIM Kozhikode also initiated PGP registration for the PI shortlisting process. Other IIMs will release their PI shortlist later. Candidates who meet the IIM admission cut-off percentiles will be shortlisted for the WAT-PI round. The IIM shortlists candidates based on their CAT scores. Several IIMs have released the qualifying CAT 2024 cut-offs and they are between the 80-90 percentile (General category). The final CAT 2024 cut-offs will be much higher as always.

The WAT-PI round will be conducted in March and April for all IIMs. All the IIMs will complete the final selection process by the end of May 2024. Candidates will be informed about their selection through email. They can also check their admission status for IIMs by logging on to the official websites of IIM institutes.

IIMs Shortlist 2025 Status

The IIM shortlisting process is as follows: online application by candidates for WAT and PI and shortlisting of candidates for the same based on CAT 2024 scores and academic records. Candidates need to fill out the shortlist forms for participation in WAT-PI through their CAT login IDs. The WAT-PI round will be held in March-April. IIM Shortlisting and Selection Process 2025

The IIM shortlisting 2025 and selection process for MBA admission includes three stages which are mentioned below:

Stage 1: Shortlisting of candidates based on their CAT exam score:

Each IIM announces the result and invites candidates to apply for the WAT/GD-PI round on its official website basis their CAT score vs CAT cut-offs.

Stage 2: Shortlisting of candidates for WAT-GD-PI:

In the second stage, the institute shortlists the applicants for WAT-GD-PI based on their CAT score and academic record and sends them a WAT-GD-PI invite.

Stage 3: Calculation of Composite Score and Final Selection:

In the third stage, the composite score of every candidate is calculated based on parameters such as CAT score, WAT-PI performance, academic history, work experience, diversity, etc. to finalize their selection.

IIMs WAT-GD-PI: Documents to Carry

Here is the list of documents to carry for IIMs WAT-GD-PI rounds that are listed below:

1. Marksheets of Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation (original and self-attested photocopies).
2. Caste/Class and or Disability Certificate. Original and attested photocopies in case SC, ST NC-OBC PwD Candidate.
3. Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor's degree (or equivalent) examination must submit a certificate from the Principal/Registrar/Director of the university/institution that he/she has obtained a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent (45 per cent in case of the candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD category) in the latest available grades/marks.
