Admission for GUJCET 2024 requires passing 10+2 in science stream. CBSE certified candidates from an accredited institute can also fill the GUJCET 2024 application form. NIOS 10th and 12th passed students are eligible to apply for GUJCET 2024 exam. You have passed 12th with minimum 45% marks. In addition to this, students with reserved seats and PH classification will get a 5% reduction in the attendance mark.

GUJCET Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates appearing for the Gujarat entrance exam must check the details of the GUJCET 2025 admission criteria set by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB). The admission criteria for GUJCET 2025 are specific qualifications, age limit, residence and country. The GUJCET 2025 exam will be held on March 31, 2025, and candidates must meet the eligibility criteria.

Candidates must follow the Domicile rules -

  1. Domicile Rule 1: The candidate must be a resident of Gujarat state.
  2. Domicile Rule 2: Candidate must complete 10th and 12th from Gujarat Board. Students who have passed classes 10th and 12th from the CBSE board are eligible for this exam. However, he must be from a school in the state of Gujarat.
  3. Domicile Rule 3: Candidates who have passed classes 10th and 12th from schools in Dadra Nagar and Haveli, Daman and Diu will also appear in the entrance test. However, the parents/guardians of the contest must be from Gujarat.
  4. Domicile Rule 4: Candidates who have passed classes 10th and 12th from ICSE/ISE board from any of the schools in Gujarat will also appear in the entrance test.
  5. Domicile Rule 5: Candidates who have passed classes 10th and 12th through NIOS (National Institute of Open Education) are eligible for GUJCET. In any case, the student's centre of study should be in the state of Gujarat.
