The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) conducts the exam. GUJCET Exam is a state-level entrance exam. Candidates must meet the GUJCET Exam Eligibility criteria which have been mentioned below. The governing body has fixed and the candidates must meet the requirements to apply for the GUJCET 2025 exam. The candidate must be a resident of Gujarat and an Indian citizen to be eligible to apply for the GUJCET Exam 2025. After registering for counselling, the official website will be updated with information about GUJCET Exam 2025 counselling and seat allotment. For the GUJCET Exam 2025, the seats and instructions are allocated for each round. On the official website, candidates have to register for GUJCET 2025 counselling and seat allotment. At the time of GUJCET 2025 counselling registration, candidates have to submit all the necessary details including name, father's name and mobile number. Users will get an ACPC login after registration.
Once you fill GUJCET Exam 2025 application form, you need to provide your academic and other personal details. GUJCET 2025/JEE exams are the top priorities of students and parents. So you need to be extra careful while filling out the application form. All applicants must submit the required documents after entering their details.
Based on the JEE Main/GUJCET results of the candidates, the authorities will release the merit list for all the registered candidates. Allotment of seats will be based on the merit list of the GUJCET Exam 2025.

Candidates can complete the options they are asked to do on the dashboard under the 'Fill and Lock Options' option. A list of each option will appear on the screen.
Candidates can change, add or change their options as often as necessary before the deadline. If the candidate fails to lock the options on the last day of the GUJCET selection process, all will be automatically locked at midnight.
Authorities will allot the seats based on the GUJCET Exam 2025 /JEE Main seat allotment online. Candidates can access the GUJCET 2025 Admission Test by entering their username and password. Qualified candidates will enter the GUJCET seat allotment letter.
Candidates who are satisfied with their seats must pay the required amount to reserve a seat. Payment can be made at the nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank offline or online (net banking, credit card, credit card). The consent form will not be generated until payment is received.
If the candidates are not satisfied with their seats after the first round of GUJCET Exam counselling and seat selection, they can take part in the subsequent rounds.
Applicants who wish to complete the admission process must report to the Admissions Office after paying the required fee. After submitting the information to the designated office, the candidates must also submit their documents which may include the admission form, payment/challenge receipt, reference letter etc.
GUJCET Admit Card 2025 is released by the Gujarat Board for Intermediate and High Schools. Candidates who have registered for the entrance exam can download the admit card. Admit card contains important information like exam date, exam venue, exam schedule, shifts and other important information.
A number of seats are reserved for students belonging to socio-economic groups by following the GUJCET exam reservation criteria.
Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for GUJCET reserved seats are allowed to enrol in one of the participating universities.
