Nationality: Indian citizens can apply for LPUNEST B.Tech course

Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed or appeared in the class 12 (10+2 scheme) board examination from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) / Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (ICSE) / State Board / other councils, institutions, colleges etc. recognized by CBSE, New Delhi or other relevant apex bodies and must meet the LPUNEST 2026 B.Tech eligibility criteria.

LPUNEST MBA 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Any candidate applying for MBA admissions at Lovely Professional University must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

To be eligible for the LPUNEST (MBA), candidates must be Indian nationals.
The candidate must have completed or be taking final-year exams for a bachelor's degree from a UGC-recognized institute.

Depending on the MBA specialization chosen by the candidate, the following eligibility criteria in the qualifying exam are specified by the University.

MBA / MBA (Hons) / Financial Markets / Supply Chain & Logistics / International Business / Hospital & Healthcare Management / Tourism & Hospitality / MBA (with International Exposure) / MBA (with TalentEdge)
The candidate must have passed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks, subject to qualifying any one of LPUNEST / CAT / CMAT / MAT / XAT / NMAT and Interview.

FOR MBA (Business Analytics)

Candidate must have passed BE/BTech (in any discipline) or BSc (PCM)/BSc (Maths)/BA (Economics/Maths/Statistics) with 55% aggregate marks. Or BCom/BCom (Hons)/BBA/BCA or equivalent, provided qualified any of LPUNEST/CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT and interview.

Additionally, the following criteria apply to all of the courses.

Candidates who have completed the following courses are also eligible to apply for LPUNEST.
Chartered Accountancy (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
Company Secretaryship (CS) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Cost and Management Accounting (CMA) from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)

Relaxation in Aggregate Percentage

Candidates from the North-Eastern States and Sikkim as well as defence personnel, their children and children of Kashmiri migrants are given a relaxation of 5% in the minimum required aggregate percentage. Candidates falling under these categories are required to secure 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
