CEED, UCEED 2025 Exam Tomorrow: Check Exam-Day Guidelines

IIT Bombay will conduct the UCEED 2025 and CEED 2025 exams on January 19, 2025. The time for both exams is from 9 am to 12 noon. Meanwhile, the institute has also released the admit card for CEED, and UCEED 2025 on the official websites. Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay will conduct the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design on January 19. Candidates must carry their admit card and a valid ID proof to the exam centre. IIT Bombay released the CEED and UCEED admit cards 2025 to all the registered students on January 3. Along with the admit cards for CEED and UCEED 2025 entrance exams, the authorities have also released the guidelines for the exam day.

IIT Bombay released admit cards for CEED, and UCEED 2025 on January 3, 2025. Candidates should not forget to download the original hall ticket for CEED, and UCEED 2025 to appear in the entrance exam for designing.

CEED, UCEED 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

Here is the list of important Guidelines of CEED, UCEED 2025 exam day which are listed below:

1. Candidates should report at the examination centre as allotted in the admit card on Sunday, 21 January 2025, at 7:00 am along with a printout of the Admit Card and a Valid, Original Photo Identity Proof to record biometric information (thumb impression and photograph) before appearing for the examination.
2. Only a candidate holding a valid Admit Card and a Photo Identity Proof will be permitted to enter the test centre.
3. The identity of the candidates shall be verified both by the invigilators and IIT representatives. In case the identity of any candidate is doubtful, then such candidate shall not be allowed to appear at the examination. However, the authorities may permit the candidate to appear at the examination after he has completed some formalities at their discretion. No extra time shall be given to complete the examination instead of the time taken to complete these formalities.
4. Impersonation and/or use of any unfair means in the examination is a serious offence that would attract immediate disqualification of the candidate from UCEED and criminal proceedings against the candidate.
5. Mobile phones, smartphones, any type of watch, calculators, tablets and the like, along with abacus, slide rules, log books, study material of any type, geometry boxes, and so on are not allowed in the examination hall. A list of forbidden items will be put up on the website before the exam if there are additional items.
6. The candidate must carry his pencils in a transparent packet. Sketch pens, coloured pencils, poster colours and other colouring materials are not allowed inside the examination hall. The candidate can carry a writing board of A4 size. Exchange and borrowing of these materials are not allowed inside the examination hall.
7. Candidate must sit in the examination hall during the whole duration of the examination.
8. Part A of the examination is a computer-based test. In case of any technical problem, the candidate may seek the help of the invigilator and steps will be taken immediately to rectify the problem, or allocate a different computer terminal if necessary. Candidates will be provided with the entire allotted time to attempt their paper even in case of any technical problem, and the time lost due to technical problems shall be adjusted automatically in the server.

The UCEED 2024 results will be declared on March 7, 2024. However, The CEED 2024 results will be declared on March 5, 2024.
