CLAT 2025 Hearing: The Delhi HC will declare a final judgment on the CLAT 2025 Result today. Previously, the Supreme Court had directed that all the cases related to the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 undergraduate results pending in different High Courts be transferred to the Delhi High Court.
The Delhi High Court will consider a vital plea today on the re-correction of CLAT 2025 results amidst continued candidate apprehensions about evaluation errors. The hearing will decide if the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 results must be re-corrected, which may affect the forthcoming CLAT 2025 counseling process.
Approximately 10 cases are scheduled for hearing on March 3, which includes petitioners' cases filed by Aslesha Ajitsaria and Anam Khan, which were previously heard in Calcutta HC and Bombay HC.
The petition of Aditya Singh is not visible in the case list for March 3 in the Delhi HC. It is yet to be seen if the case is taken up. According to a previous order passed by the Delhi HC on January 30, the petition of Aditya Singh has been fixed for May 8, 2025.
The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) is set to begin the CLAT 2025 counselling, where candidates will be allocated seats in different NLUs and collaborating law colleges, depending on their rank. But the result of today's Delhi HC hearing may have an impact on the counselling schedule, particularly in case the court directs revising the results.
A batch of CLAT 2025 applicants has moved the Delhi High Court, raising issues of:
The petitioners are calling for the revision of the scores or re-scoring of certain responses, contending the inconsistencies have tainted merit rankings and can potentially affect admissions.
CLAT 2025 merit list shall be published by the Consortium of National Law Universities, stating the names and ranks of candidates shortlisted for the seat allotment process. Consortium of NLUs will release the CLAT 2025 invite list after the declaration of CLAT Result 2025.
