The program will start in July 2025, and applications are accepted until March 18, 2025. As of now, over 100 students are already studying under this collaborative program Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) and The University of Queensland (UQ), Australia, have opened up the admission process for the July 2025 session of their highly coveted joint PhD program.
The program is set to launch in July 2025 and applications will remain open until March 18, 2025. At the moment, there are over 100 students registered for this combined program, offering a unique study experience, featuring a greater amount of fellowship in comparison to traditional domestic PhD programs. The collaborative PhD program is available to exceptional students from various backgrounds in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), humanities, and social sciences. Successful candidates will gain international research experience, having one year of study at UQ's Brisbane campus and three years at IIT Delhi.
All accepted applicants will be granted a scholarship of up to four years (depending on full-time enrollment).
