The National Testing Agency is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination Main 2025. The first session of JEE Main 2025 has been conducted across thousands of centres in the country and 15 international locations. The JEE Main 2025 Paper 1 exams have already been conducted, while the Paper 2 exam will be conducted today, January 30, between 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
The overall paper 1 of the JEE Main 2025 exam on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29 was rated moderate by the candidates. There was an exception for the first shift of the January 28 JEE Main, where the candidates felt the exam was challenging to a significant extent in the Physics section. According to feedback, the Physics questions of this shift were among the most challenging in comparison with all other shifts of the January session and last year. Maths: The questions of Maths were set on topics including Binomial Theorem, Limits, Integration, Conic Sections, Vector Algebra and 3D Geometry, Analytical Geometry involving straight lines and circles, Quadratic Equations, Complex Numbers, Calculus concepts, Matrices and Determinants, and Permutations, Combinations, and Probability.
Physics: The questions prominently featured Ray Optics, Magnetism, and Simple Harmonic Motion (SHM). Additionally, topics such as Rotational Dynamics, Kinematics, Circuit Analysis, Semiconductors, Kinetic Theory of Gases (KTG), Gravitation, and Current Electricity were also included.
