CLAT 2025 Exam: In a significant development for law candidates across the country, the Delhi High Court ordered the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) to review the CLAT 2025 results after identifying discrepancies in the final answer key. This order was issued during a hearing on a series of appeals filed by students challenging certain questions in the CLAT 2025 undergraduate exam, alleging incorrect answers and unfair marking.
The court, while recognizing the urgency of undergraduate admissions, stated that the matter required immediate resolution to avoid further disruption to the CLAT 2025 counseling and admissions processes. Senior counsel for the Consortium, Raj Shekhar Rao, admitted during the hearing that two questions were problematic and concurred with the single-judge bench's suggestion to discard them.
