UGC NET 2024 Exam Cancelled: Exam Date, Cancellation Reasons, Live Updates & More

UGC has cancelled the June 2024 UGC NET exam on 19 June 2024 due to an integrity threat. Earlier, the UGC NET exam was conducted on June 18, 2024, for 83 subjects in two shifts. Check Live Blog for updates from the Ministry of Education, UGC and NTA (National Testing Agency).

UGC NET 2024: Due to the failure of the NEET PG (NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST), the UGC NET exam has been cancelled on June 18, 2024. The reason for the cancellation is that the UGC (Grants in University) received certain remarks. under investigation by the Indian Cyber ??Crime Coordination Center of the Ministry of Home Affairs (I4C) under the National Cyber ??Crime Analysis Unit. These inputs prima facie indicate that the integrity of the study mentioned above may have been compromised.

To ensure maximum transparency and sanctity of the examination process, the Ministry of Education of India has cancelled the UGC-NET examination from June 2024. A new survey will be conducted, the information of which will be shared separately. Meanwhile, the case will be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) for a thorough investigation. However, there is no official update on the official website of UGC or NTA.
