Admission Open for Diploma, Bachelor & Post Graduate
Admission to the B.Tech program at the institute is based on the APEAMCET common entrance test. Candidates applying for B.Tech should have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as subjects, and must have secured a minimum of 45% marks. Engineering diploma holders can also apply for B.Tech through the Lateral Entry option. Admission to the B.Tech program is determined by the candidate's valid APEAMCET score. Similarly, admission to the B.Tech Lateral Entry program is based on a valid AP ECET score. Candidates with a valid JEE Main score are also eligible for B.Tech admission.
For M.Tech admission, candidates should possess a B.Tech/BE degree from a recognized university. Admission to the M.Tech program is based on a valid GATE or AP PGECET score.
Candidates applying for the MBA program should have a B.Sc, B.Com, or BCA degree. Admission to the MBA program is determined by the scores obtained in the APICET.
Admission 2024-25
UNDERGRADUATE: B.TECH:
Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the B.Tech program must have passed the Intermediate Examination (10+2) conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, or any other examination recognized as equivalent, with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as elective subjects.
Admission to the college, as well as other engineering colleges in the state, is based on the Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh government.
POST-GRADUATION: M.TECH:
Candidates applying for the first year of the M.Tech program must have completed their B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
MBA:
Applicants for the first year of the MBA program must hold a bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Com./BCA) from a recognized college or university.
Admission to the college's engineering programs, along with other engineering faculties in the state, is through the Common Entrance Test (ICET).
Admission Procedure
Admission Procedure:
- 70% of the seats are allocated based on the merit in EAMCET (Category A), and the remaining 30% are reserved for NRI/Management candidates (Category B).
- Allocation for Category A seats is conducted by EAMCET officials through online counseling, considering the EAMCET rank and reservation rules for professional colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
- Category B seats are filled by the college management in accordance with the guidelines of APSCHE, Hyderabad.
- Candidates must have passed the intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks in the relevant subjects (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry), or 40% for SC/ST candidates.
- The selection order for admission is based on the JEE (Mains) rank, EAMCET rank, and marks in the relevant group subjects in the qualifying examination.
