Asian International University Admission:

Admissions at Asian International University (AIU) are conducted twice a year, with spring sessions commencing in January and fall sessions in July. Candidates are required to complete the application form in their own handwriting in English. Alongside the application form, all necessary supporting documents outlined in the counseling note must be enclosed. These documents need to be attested by a Notary public or by the Head of the Institution last attended.

Upon registration, each student is assigned a permanent University Registration Number, which is indicated in the identity card and used in all correspondence between the students and the University.

Failure to submit the required documents by the specified due date will result in the automatic cancellation of provisional admission. In such cases, the student will no longer be considered enrolled and will not be allowed to participate in University examinations. No communication will be issued regarding this matter, and the fees paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

Re-Admission is available for students who have not completed their course or discontinued without registering for one or more semesters/years. This provides an opportunity to transfer into the Second/Third year of the program.

For seat reservations based on classifications (SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped), the allocation will follow the guidelines of the State Government. Any seats remaining vacant under classifications other than SC will be converted into the General Category if, by the date of the final list display or the day of conclusive counseling (whichever is applicable), no eligible candidate from the respective reserved categories is available for admission.
