B. Borooah College, Guwahati - Training & Placement

Borooah College has a Career Counseling and Placement Unit known for providing counseling and prep sessions for students to develop the skills needed for a job interview.  They are also known for organizing various seminars, lectures, and alumni lectures to improve students and encourage them to participate. Several companies approach the college campus to offer internship opportunities for students. The average package varies from company to company, and students are offered positions in both the public and private sectors. Upon graduation, students are able to participate in these interviews and the college also has a good record of recruiting students through various companies.
