The Gramin Polytechnic Alumni Association operates as a legally registered entity under the Public Trust Act with the Charity Commissions in Nanded. Its primary objective is to establish a unified platform for former students of the institute. Through a range of programs and activities, the association fosters engagement between alumni and current students. These alumni actively support Gramin Polytechnic by facilitating campus interviews, providing contacts of HR personnel and other relevant officials, arranging guest lectures by industry experts, offering internships to current students, organizing industrial visits, assigning industry-sponsored projects, and providing valuable insights for enhancing the quality of education and resources for both faculty and students at the institute.

GTMC Soft Skill Development

The Training & Placement (T&P) Section at our institution is dedicated to enhancing the soft skills and personality development of all final year diploma and degree students. A specially designed module consisting of 40 hours of soft skills training is meticulously crafted to prepare students for their campus interviews. Through this module, students are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their interviews and aptitude tests. The training not only boosts confidence and communication levels but also focuses on various aspects such as teamwork, decision-making, creative thinking, emotional intelligence, SWOT analysis, time management, stress management, interpersonal skills, communication skills, mock interviews, group discussions, positive thinking, and listening skills. The comprehensive training module includes a variety of activities aimed at the overall development of our students, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of the professional world.
