Established on 29th September 1965, Gramin Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (GSPM) was founded with a forward-thinking vision aimed at delivering quality education through innovative instructional methods. Initially, the focus of the trust was on providing fundamental education to students from marginalized social backgrounds, particularly in rural areas. The late Shivramji Pawar, the visionary founder of the trust, recognized the importance of technical education alongside elementary education, particularly during the 1980s when traditional education dominated the landscape. Understanding that technical education could uplift rural youth, GSPM expanded its services to offer high-quality technical education. Today, the group provides comprehensive education spanning from primary to postgraduate levels in the Nanded district, where it was originally established. AICTE: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) was established in November 1945 as a national-level apex advisory body with the aim of conducting a comprehensive survey of the available facilities for technical education and promoting development in a coordinated and integrated manner across the country. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Loner: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU) was established by the Government of Maharashtra through the enactment of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act No. XXII of 1989.
