Infrastructure

The infrastructure is natural enough with good training and placement support, laboratory, classroom and library facilities, and college canteens. Hostel rooms are 100% hygienic, also with emergency medical facilities and the quality of the mess food is good.

Residential Accommodations

Hostel rooms were so good and clean enough, daily that they use to clean rooms and floors. Rooms have been nicely constructed with one scabbard, one look at desk and chair with inner washroom, 24hrs water facility became there. Food was good 3 times food and snacks at 4.30 pm, morning healthy breakfast, after chapati, dal, rice and night dinner was very good. For dinner, they use present chapati,palya, rice samber, and Pappad buttermilk.

The GSSSIETW Library includes a Central Library and six departmental libraries which together help the teaching, studies, and extension programs of the institution.GSSSIETW Library is placing time to time new dreams and success in reaching all of the dreams. It has emerged as a modern library with its state of art.

The Motto of NSS was released on the one-hundredth birthday of Mahatma Gandhi as a Youth Service program in 1969 with the aid of using the Govt. of India.

Medical Facilities

A female medical doctor visits the hostel for sessions three times a week. A nurse is to be had for twenty-four hrs to attend to unwell students.

Scholarships

GSSSIETW management has announced “GSSSIETW MERIT SCHOLARSHIP” for the students of GSSSIETW from the academic year 2016-17. The total worth of the scholarship is Rs.10 Lakh which will be distributed amongst all the eligible and selected students who will be fulfilling the following criteria:

1. Only students of GSSSIETW are eligible to apply.

2. Students with good academic records and without backlogs only need to apply.

3. Students going to II, III, and IV years in the AY 2016-17 and having good academic performance in the previous academic semesters/years are eligible to apply.

4. Weightage will be given for both Co-curricular and Extra-Curricular activities and attendance of the student.

5. The Economic condition of the student will also be considered.

About 90% of students from the course telecommunication have been placed in excellent companies with amazing packages.
