Indus Institute of Technology and Engineering (IITE) was established in 2006 with a vision to train and upgrade the technical skills of engineers as per the industry's requirements. It was a conscious effort to look beyond the theoretical framework, understand the natural world and decipher its main concerns. The journey of IITE to transform raw talent into seasoned engineers has been the longest at Indus University , making it the eldest constituent institute till present-day at the university.

Indus University Scholarship Types

Merit-Based Scholarship: Some of the key highlights related to this scholarship are:

The scholarship is for all programmes, except for BE.

It is applicable only for the first semester.

From the second semester onwards, a merit scholarship is awarded each semester to the position holders based on CGPA (minimum 3.75) earned with the full-semester load.

Foundation for Better Life (FBL) Scholarship:

This is a need-based scholarship, which is offered only on the recommendation of the university.

Extracurricular Activities Scholarship:

This scholarship is awarded to domestic and state-level winners in extracurricular activities. It is only applicable for the first semester. Candidates selected for this scholarship are awarded a 100% fee waiver in tuition fees.
