JIEM offers a four-year B.E. Courses for candidates who have completed 10+2 education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology.
Admission to these courses follows the guidelines of Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). Seats are allocated through in-state counseling, which is mainly based on the rank of the candidate in the JEE Mains examination. However, in case of vacancy of seats, candidates can apply for admission to the Class 12 examination on the basis of their merit.
Additionally, the institute facilitates direct entry into the second year of the course by backwards. This Lateral Entry Engineering Program (LEEP) is open to candidates with a diploma in a related discipline. This approach provides individuals with undergraduate engineering education the opportunity to further their technical education and skills.

1. 15% of the total seats will be reserved for candidates who are not residents of Rajasthan.
2. The age criteria for general category candidates is on or before October 01, 1991, while for SC/ST candidates, it is October 01, 1986.
3. Applicants who have completed a BSc with Mathematics as one of the subjects are eligible for lateral entry admissions to any of the above-mentioned courses.

For the common admissions process through REAP, candidates can follow the steps outlined below:
1. Visit the official portal of REAP.
2. Register online, and an application fee challan will be generated.
3. The challan ID (12/16 digit code) will serve as the User ID for login.
3. Set a password for login purposes.
4. The application fee for REAP, payable at the nearest E-Mitra kiosk.
5. After payment, log in again to complete the application form.
6. Provide personal, educational, and communication details.
7 Select the preferred mode of admission: through
JEE Mains score or merit based on the class 12th result.
Upload scanned copies of the following documents:

6. Review the filled-in form and submit it.

For the online counseling process:
1. Log in using the valid User ID and password.
2. Deposit the advance fee of INR 10,000, which will be deducted from the college fees of the candidate's chosen admission.
3. Complete the choice/option filling exercise.
4. Submit the details. Candidates have the option to apply for upward movement counseling during the second round.
5. During this process, candidates can modify or remove their previously filled choices.
6. It's important to note that individuals from states other than Rajasthan are not eligible for upward movement.
