Jaypee University Of Engineering And Technology (JUET), Guna Admission to these programs is both entrance and merit-based. Eligibility of the following programs are:
B.Tech: Passed 10+2 with PCM and must be JEE Main qualified.
M.Tech: Students must pass B.E/B. Tech in a relevant discipline and must qualify GATE.
Ph.D.: Applicants should have a relevant master’s degree and qualify for SET/UGC-NET/JRF to appear directly for the interview.
JUET Guna B.Tech Eligibility
- Candidate must have passed 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry/Computer Science, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. with an overall aggregate of 50% for the general/open category (45% for the reserved category).
- Candidates taking admission on the basis of merit must have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in their 10+2 level of examination. For Lateral Entry applicants, three-year Diploma Holders or B. Tech 1st Year candidates with a minimum 6.0 CGPA or 60% marks are eligible to apply for the program.
- Candidates also must have a JEE Main admit card with them at the time of admission.
JUET Guna B.Tech Selection Criteria
- Admissions are offered on 50% of the seats through All India Rank of JEE Main 2021 from 1st & 2nd Attempt. While the remaining 50% of the seats are offered based on 10+2 marks and merit.
- Candidates need to submit their JEE Main scores at the admission portal at the official website of JUET.
- Based on the scores submitted, candidates will be called to attend the counseling conducted and seats will be allotted to them.
- Candidate must carry a set of photocopies of the documents with the originals on the day of counseling.
- Onc allotted, the candidate must make the complete admission fee payment and receive the acknowledgment slip. The institute will hand over the further schedule of the commencement of classes.
- Students applying through 10+2 marks and Lateral Entry applicants who do not have a JEE Main score will be accepted on the basis of merit.
- That means those who have scored more marks on their 10+2 examination will have higher chances of getting admission into JUET.
