Scholarship Selection Process:

Initial Screening: Applicants are first evaluated based on predefined criteria.

Statement of Purpose: Candidates are required to submit a Statement of Purpose comprising 300 words, which is evaluated by the KJSIM Selection Committee consisting of the Head of Admissions, at least three Area Chairpersons, and the Director.

In-person Interview: Shortlisted candidates undergo an in-person interview conducted by a panel comprising the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Dean of Research, Director, and an External Expert.

Final Selection: The top five students are selected based on their performance in the interview and overall merit.

Scholarship Award: The selected students are awarded scholarships for two years, subject to the condition that they maintain academic performance between 65% to 70% or equivalent CGPA and an attendance record above 75%.
